Event photography in Vancouver generally runs $150 to $400 per hour, with most photographers around $200–$300 per hour, depending on event type, length, experience, and deliverables. Our team has shot in almost every well-known venue in Metro Vancouver, so we already know each room's requirements and challenges. Who you hire matters.
Expect $1,000 to $2,500 per day of coverage in Metro Vancouver, depending on event type, length, and deliverables. Most events receive a 60–120 second highlight reel; if you need a longer film, tell us early — we shoot it differently.
Expect roughly 40 edited images per hour of coverage. Corporate events are delivered within 3 to 7 business days; our standard agreement guarantees fully edited galleries within two weeks, and we frequently deliver well ahead of that. Same-day or next-day selects are available if you let us know in advance.
Three things: the strategic run-of-show with mission-critical shots and site restrictions; VIP identification before — not during — the event, ideally with a list and photos; and plain-language delivery expectations with clear timelines.
For events up to about 50 people, one photographer usually suffices. For larger events — especially with videography as well — we recommend multiple shooters for optimum coverage. Single-crew bookings are absolutely possible too; just reach out.
Yes and yes. You automatically receive printing rights to your images at no extra cost, and we carry liability coverage up to $1,000,000.
Yes, though we rarely recommend it. We shoot on cinema cameras, so raw footage is difficult to edit without an in-house editor, and unedited delivery is charged extra — it usually doesn't reduce total project cost.
